In the foothills of the awe inspiring Rocky Mountains we will step back and reflect on what it takes to manage our daily challenges of leadership. Mountains are a powerful metaphor for our collective desire to reach our peak. Whatever the challenge it needs to be examined from all angles, just like a mountain. We need to focus on doing more of what works and less of what doesn't.
