Credentialed Food Executive "The Mark of Achievement, Knowledge and Dedicated Service"

The Credentialed Food Executive designation stands for achievement, knowledge and dedicated leadership to the food service industry and the public. The program is recognized under "Food Service Management Professional" in the Canadian Tourism Human Resource Council's (CTHRC) listing of industry credentialed programs. Obtaining your CFE requires documentation of continuing education, industry experience, association involvement and participation in other industry related activities.
